Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 1 day of delivery.(Some itmes can't be returned due to safety concerns)
• Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit my orders page with your PISA CODE
2. You can initiate Returns within 24 hours after Delivery.
3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless it’s our error).

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 12 hours after we receive the item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us first for approval.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 3 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
